Knitting, Dyeing & Washing

Our knitting factories have the newest equipment, including machines for nearly all of the major and frequently used gauges in both tube and open diameter. Our circular knit machine can run all acceptable yarn counts and has a diameter that ranges from 20 to 68 inches. Our machines only utilize the best sinkers, needles, and other accessories. Our machines may operate at high RPMs in order to produce more quickly. Our facilities include digital infrared check tables for flawless quality assurance, which may identify flaws that are typically overlooked by frequent human mistakes. Only the highest quality yarns from local sources are used in our manufacturing; if the customer requests it, we may also utilize specially bonded yarns that are imported.

We are collaborating with compliant dyeing and washing facilities, including in-house washing facilities, near our factory to guarantee the highest quality and expedite delivery. These ecologically friendly dyeing and washing facilities all hold international certifications like DETOX, BEPI, BSCI, GOTS, and others. Strict adherence to local standards is also maintained, and each of these factories has its own water treatment facility for waste water in order to reduce environmental impacts, of which water pollution is one of the most important. Every one of our dyeing and washing facilities can do both standard and sophisticated washes on any sort of clothing (knit, woven, denim, and sweater) in accordance with customer specifications.
